3.1. Pricing for services will be provided in a detailed estimate, which must be approved by both parties before any work begins.
3.2. A deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance will be invoiced according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
3.3. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in the suspension of services until payment is made.
4.1. We offer a warranty on our services as outlined in the project agreement, typically up to 60 months depending on the nature of the work.
4.2. Halfee is not responsible for damages caused by factors outside our control, such as client misuse, third-party contractors, or natural events.
5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be deducted from the client’s refund.
5.2. If a project is canceled by Halfee, a full refund will be issued for any payments made, minus work completed.
