The apartment in a modern residential complex is designed in neoclassical style, where traditional motifs are successfully combined with rich colours and extraordinary solutions. The designers had a large space at their disposal, which includes two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, a dressing room, a kitchen-living room, a children’s room and a master bedroom. So the task was not easy, but there was plenty to work with.
The kitchen-living room is the main room in the apartment, which takes up a large space. In this format, it is important to divide the room into separate functional areas using visual tools – for cooking, dining or receiving guests, and relaxing. Light cream colours of the walls, ceiling, and doors became the main colour scheme. For brightness, the interior has hints of blue – they can be seen in the furniture, decorative ornaments on the walls and even part of the floor.
The cooking area is represented by a separate niche. It has a built-in blue and white stone worktop with a full set of appliances. An induction hob and a sink with a golden mixer tap are integrated into the worktop. There is an oven in a wall niche nearby. Cream, white and blue shades are combined. Local lighting of the area is provided by an LED strip.
The dining area is a rounded white stone table with four blue chairs next to it. The legs of the table and chairs are of a golden hue, which harmoniously blends in with the individual details of the kitchen-living room. Above the table, three lamps – glass layers with golden inserts – provide full lighting.
The seating area is separated from the kitchen by a part of the floor. While the kitchen area is covered with classic brown parquet, the rest of the area has a white and blue carpet with an interesting pattern. On a separate area are:
There is no cabinet under the TV, but there is a dedicated space for placing various accessories and things. General lighting is provided by a chandelier with an unusual geometric shape. The blue colour in the interior creates a cosy atmosphere, complementing the white and gold colour scheme.
The master bedroom continues the main line, which involves a combination of white, blue and gold colours. They are closely intertwined. For example, the double bed has a blue upholstery, but the bed linen is golden and the mattress is light. On the left side of the bed is a small table (its colour scheme is already clear). There are also two lamps in the shape of golden rings.
On the right side of the bed is a compact white desk, with a soft cream high-backed chair on wheels next to it. In a separate part of the room, there is a dressing table with a mirror, an ottoman and three drawers for storing various small items.
General lighting in the master bedroom is provided by LED lamps on the ceiling. The room has air conditioning and an LCD TV for a comfortable stay. The flooring is partially brown parquet and there is a white and blue design under the bed.
The interior of the bathroom is in the familiar cream, blue and gold colours, with the difference that it is decorated with ceramic tiles. Almost all the walls in the room are light in colour. You can also distinguish the following elements by colour:
The bathroom is illuminated with LED spotlights, LED strip and pendant lamps (golden body, white base). The white doors have golden fittings to complete this colour line with smooth transitions between rooms.
The separate bathroom has a toilet and a sink with a mirror against a blue wall background. In contrast to the first bathroom, there is a spacious shower cabin with transparent doors and a golden frame. Other elements are typical: shelves, a towel rail, a faucet, and a toilet switch.
The family also has a dressing room. As you might have noticed, there are no large wardrobes in the rest of the apartment. This is done to free up space for other important elements. Clothes of all family members can be stored in a separate dressing room. A large number of drawers, hangers, open shelves allow you to place shoes, outerwear, underwear, shirts, T-shirts and many other things in an organised manner.
There is enough space for a fashionista who has many outfits for all occasions. There will be no problems with finding the right clothes quickly. You will be able to dress your child without difficulty. For convenience in the evening, the shelves are illuminated, so there is no need to switch on the main lighting, unnecessarily increasing energy consumption.
An apartment in the Creator City housing estate is a cosy space with a modern interior composition. White (cream), blue, golden colours are the main line. In addition to the shades, you should pay attention to the functionality of each element, the availability of free space for easy movement. Each member of the family will have a cosy corner, and the living room can be used to receive guests, surprising them with a pleasant atmosphere. The efforts of our designers were not in vain, and the result exceeds expectations.
