The presented apartment in the “Krystal” residential complex is a modern solution with a panoramic view of Kyiv, a large space and a good layout. The general composition is represented by the use of restrained light colors – white, cream, brown. The light decoration of the walls is harmoniously combined with the wooden floor covering. They are complemented by local LED lighting of individual zones and table lamps – on the desk, around the perimeter of the mirror in the bathroom, near the kitchen unit, etc. A cold color range of light is used, which does not strain the eyes and promotes relaxation.
In the presented apartment in the residential complex “Krystal” the central part is a large room. It was divided into two functional zones – for preparing and eating food and relaxing. The Functional kitchen-living room is divided into two areas thanks to the use of a wooden rack with open shelves at different heights.

The floor covering of the kitchen area is represented by a brown laminated floor, which harmoniously complements the light walls and furniture. In the living room there is a large straight sofa of a dark blue shade. Next to it, an air conditioner hangs on the wall to maintain a comfortable temperature and humidity in the room.
For lighting in the living room area, there is an elegant hanging chandelier with a dark metal frame and six white shades on it, arranged in a chaotic order. Additional lighting is provided by an LED strip on the wall behind the sofa, and to fill the room with natural sunlight, there is a window to the left of the sofa.
The bedroom is a space in which a calm environment is of primary importance. It will help you relax, fall asleep quickly and have a good time after a hard day. To implement this task, light colors were used – cream decoration of the wall, stretch ceiling and part of the furniture, light brown wall behind the bed and the floor.

Lighting in the bedroom is represented by spotlights in the stretch ceiling, which emit a calm, cold light. Comfortable bedroom is equipped with all modern technical solutions – air conditioner, switches, sockets, smart systems for remote control of devices.
Classic white doors with black fittings do not have any glass inserts, ornaments, etc. Such a simple solution perfectly fits into the overall composition of the bedroom and fulfills its main function – to isolate rooms from other rooms and unnecessary noise.
The hallway is a small room that should not be underestimated in the general interior of the apartment. This is where every guest gets, that’s why it’s soldto form the first impression of the object. Considering this fact, the design was thought out both in terms of functionality and the originality of the color scheme.

Several switches are located above the sink, which allow you to conveniently adjust the intensity and direction of the lighting.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a residential complex, was it worth taking full advantage of? Therefore, the balcony has an open format, which will not interfere with a comfortable view of the landscape of Kyiv. A glass partition with a metal railing serves as a reliable support for a person, while not blocking the view.
There is no furniture or other extra elements on the balcony, although you can take an armchair or a chair and enjoy the scenery. The main purpose is an observation deck, you should not turn the balcony into a storeroom or garage, as is often the case in apartments. The black door can be opened if you want to let more air from the street into the room.
