The apartment in the Creator City residential complex is designed in a modern style. The light color scheme is used in the 83 square meters of space. This approach allows for visually expanding the area and creating a calm, harmonious atmosphere. Minimalism is achieved through the use of functional furniture, straight shapes, and lines.
In the apartment, the kitchen is combined with the living room. Therefore, the key task for the designer was to clearly define functional zones within one room—for cooking, relaxing, hosting guests, and dining. This was effectively achieved through different wall and floor finishes.
The cooking zone is represented by a kitchen set integrated into the wall. It consists of the following elements:
In the dining area, the floor differs from the decor of the other part of the space. Nearby is a black table with rounded edges. It is designed to serve four people, as confirmed by the light brown chairs with high backs and black legs placed around it. For good lighting in the dining area, there is a pendant lamp in a minimalist design above the table.
In the relaxation zone, there is a corner sofa with light upholstery. Next to it is a coffee table with a double top. The wall behind the sofa is painted light brown and features an interesting art composition. There is also a potted tree, and the green color of its leaves calms the atmosphere. On a separately designed wall with vertical blinds is a television. The flooring in the relaxation area is darker than that near the kitchen set. A blue rug is also laid under the sofa and coffee table.
The bedroom for the parents is decorated with a predominance of calm shades—white, cream, and light brown. The central element in the room is a double bed with dark upholstery. On both sides of it are hanging nightstands, and on the other side, a small table for placing a book read before bed, or a flower pot, etc. For separate lighting in the area by the bed, there are pendant and wall-mounted lamps.
The room also contains the following elements:
An additional wall separates the workspace from the rest area. In the room near the desk is a panoramic window for good lighting. Brown Roman shades allow for regulating the sunlight, completely darkening the bedroom if necessary. The floor is covered with dark brown parquet boards. General lighting is provided by small recessed spotlights integrated into the ceiling.
The children’s rooms in the apartment are decorated in a similar concept using white and brown color schemes. Each child has a single bed with a brown wall behind it. Above the bed is a full storage system with open shelves integrated into the wall. There is also a large white wardrobe with closed drawers.
For effective studying, each child has a desk with a brown top and integrated drawers—one desk has four, while the other has two, as determined by the children’s needs. The desks are equipped with lamps with adjustable positions for maximum convenience. Next to the desk is a light chair on wheels with a high adjustable backrest.
The rooms have panoramic windows that can be covered with curtains for privacy and sun protection. In addition to general lighting from LED panels on the wall, wall sconces and desk lamps can be used for localized lighting in specific areas—such as the bed and desk. This helps conserve energy.
The family has only one bathroom, but its functionality and spaciousness allow for simultaneous use by several people. The bathroom is finished with light tiles on the walls and floor, along with separate brown furniture. The room includes:
The bathroom is equipped with a suspended toilet with a wall-mounted button, a towel warmer, and an electrical outlet. The light-colored door leading into the bathroom features a dark handle. Main lighting is provided by recessed spotlights in the wall, complementing the LED backlighting in various zones.
Completing the apartment’s space is a utility room where a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron can be stored, as well as bedding and other large items. This will free up other rooms from excess appliances for a more rational use of space. The utility room’s cupboard has open shelves and closed drawers, finished in light brown tones.
The apartment in Creator City, thanks to thoughtful design, has become a cozy corner for the entire family. Each family member has their own space, and the spacious living room serves as a comfortable area for spending time together. The light colors, accentuated by brown elements, do not overload the interior.
