The effectiveness of any company’s work also depends on a well-organized space. For the capital Hearing Clinic, a full-fledged interior has been created in 160 square meters. In addition to six working offices, it includes a reception area, a meeting room, a kitchen, and a restroom for staff. The designer’s composition features modern Ukrainian decor with greenery. This creates a calm environment in which one can focus on work and achieve effective results.

Arrangement of Work Offices

The work offices are separately arranged for doctors conducting individual consultations, for the management staff, and for general employees. In the first case, the room features a large desk with a light countertop and a dark side support. For comfortable work, a manager’s chair with a comfortable adjustable backrest, armrests, and wheels is installed.

This office also includes:

  • a full wall-mounted storage system above the desk – the shelves allow for organizing folders with documents, books, work materials, etc.;
  • a light brown cabinet for closed storage of clothes and shoes;
  • a panoramic window offering an effective view of the street.

The office has potted plants near the desk to create a cozy atmosphere. A large television hangs on one wall. Lighting is provided by four suspended linear lamps. The light color scheme of the walls is complemented by light brown furniture and a speckled floor.

In the general office, similar light desks with black supports are installed at a certain distance from each other, but they are slightly smaller in size. To ensure comfortable operations for each employee, the room is equipped with a cooler providing hot and cold water, a printer, a cabinet, and shelves for storage. Therefore, there will be no need to interrupt and run between offices unnecessarily.

The office attracts with its unique green zone featuring colorful plants. On one wall is a wooden map of Ukraine, reminding that our country is large and diverse. The light color scheme of the walls and floors resonates with the black elements of the furniture and the green vegetation. In addition to general lighting, the cabinet shelves have additional LED lamination.

Design of the Meeting Room

The meeting room is a large spacious area where the entire clinic staff can gather for important negotiations, meetings, or conferences. The atmosphere promotes comfortable discussions – the light tones of the walls, floor, and furniture do not distract from what is important. Up to ten people can sit simultaneously at the large table, each provided with a height-adjustable chair on wheels with dark upholstery and a high back.

The room features a flip chart on a tripod. The magnetic board allows for writing as well as attaching documents. It becomes a key tool for presentation and conveying ideas to other employees. A television can be used separately for presenting video materials. Lighting is provided by six pendant lamps of the same linear format in black casing as those in the work offices.

Reception Area Design

For the clinic, it is important to make a positive impression from the very first moments of a person’s stay in the premises. Therefore, significant attention has been paid to the decoration and furnishing of the reception area. A smiling employee greets the visitor, positioned behind a large light counter. Behind them is a stone wall with the clinic’s illuminated motto, “Your hearing is our concern.”

If a client needs to wait for a doctor’s appointment, it will be comfortable. Next to the reception area is a cozy waiting zone. It features three chairs with green upholstery and a small black coffee table. In addition to integrated linear lights, green plants adorn the ceiling. This creates a cozy atmosphere for visitors from the very first moments of their stay in the clinic.

The walls of the reception area are decorated in light shades, the floor is light with speckles, and part of the furniture is dark. The room is well-lit, creating an atmosphere that calms the person who may be stressed due to their health condition.

Additional Rooms for Staff

Staff at the Hearing Clinic are on shift for long periods. Considering they are on their feet all day, it is important to organize rest and meals. Employees do not need to leave the premises to find places in cafes. An office area is equipped with a dining zone featuring the following elements:

  • a refrigerator for storing food that employees bring from home;
  • a microwave for reheating food products;
  • a light counter with stools for two people – they can sit comfortably and have their lunch;
  • a shelf for storing dishes, a kettle, spices, and other utensils.

Employees can enjoy delicious aromatic coffee, as there is a modern coffee machine in the office relaxation zone. A separate restroom for staff is equipped with two full booths, a washbasin, a mirror, and a hand dryer. The room is decorated in light gray colors and has sufficient lighting from recessed spotlights.

The Hearing Clinic’s premises in the Louvre office center are a fully organized space. It includes offices for the director and regional director, a conference room, doctors’ offices, and a general space for managers. Effectiveness and comfort are ensured for both staff and visitors. For the former, there is a kitchen and restroom, while for the latter, a comfortable waiting area at the reception.

Designers used neutral light colors as they create a calm atmosphere for visitors and doctors. Green zones are an essential element of each room, playing not only a visual role but also helping to create coziness. The interior is complete and functional for addressing the set tasks.
