The apartment has a total area of 80 square meters and was styled to meet the needs of a young family. For the modern design of the rooms, dark colors and a contemporary stylistic composition were used. The unit consists of a kitchen-studio, two bathrooms, a bedroom, and a children’s room. Each room has a unique design; however, they are all connected by a common theme regarding the color scheme and finishing options.
The kitchen-studio is a large space divided into separate functional zones. Using furniture, flooring, and wall finishes, it was possible to highlight areas for cooking, dining or entertaining guests, and relaxing.
The white kitchen unit features an integrated induction cooktop and sink with a black mixer. Above the countertop is a storage area – a spacious cabinet with wooden brown styling. It also contains an oven, and local lighting is provided by LED strips with spotlights.
In the dining area, there is a classic rectangular white table. It is designed to accommodate four people, for whom creamy chairs with black legs have been prepared. The lighting for this area is provided by a pendant lamp on a metal structure with six LED bulbs.
In both the dining and kitchen areas, cream ceramic tiles are used. They correlate significantly with the brown parquet flooring in the relaxation area. This visual distinction clearly separates the kitchen from the living area within a single room.
The foundation of the living room is a gray corner sofa. Next to it is a brown coffee table with black legs. In this area is also an LCD TV, a black cabinet for various accessories and small items below it. The interior is complemented by a transparent cabinet with eight compartments, where books, dishes, and more can be stored. The living area has a separate wall lamp, styled similarly to the fixture above the dining table, but with a round frame and more bulb-like lamps. The main wall color in the kitchen-living room is gray, with only the kitchen unit featuring a brown hue.
In the small bedroom, the dominance of cream and brown shades continues, although they are complemented by black. The double bed with black upholstery is located under a special white floor insert, while all other flooring in the room is finished with brown parquet.

On the opposite wall from the bed is a TV mounted, with a white wall shelf for placing various accessories below it. The bedroom also features a spacious wardrobe with matte glass doors, providing ample storage for outerwear, shoes, linens, and other items for all family members.
Three windows provide plenty of natural light. To regulate light intensity, horizontal blinds are on two windows, and dark textile curtains are on the other. Artificial lighting is represented by built-in spotlights in the stretch ceiling, a pendant light, and wall sconces. Black matte doors separate the bedroom from other rooms, making it a cozy corner where one can enjoy time alone or with a partner.
The bathroom is fully styled with cream tiles on the floor and walls, complemented by cabinets and a sink of the same color. The room features a bath integrated into the ceramic tiles, a suspended toilet with convenient flushing buttons, and a towel warmer. Above the sink is a large mirror built into the ceramic structure resembling natural stone.
In addition to the wall-mounted cabinets next to the sink for storing various items, the bathroom has two integrated wall niches with backlighting. In addition to spotlights in the suspended ceiling, two pendant lights can be used for lighting above the sink.
The second bathroom is designed in a completely different style. Dark colors are used here, primarily brown tones resembling natural wood and gray ceramic tiles. This bathroom also features a suspended toilet, an integrated sink into the cabinet, a towel warmer, and a storage niche, as well as a mirror. However, instead of a bathtub, there is a spacious shower cabin with transparent glass doors and a black frame.
The apartment features a fully equipped children’s room. Its design utilizes neutral white and gray wall colors, complemented by brown wooden flooring. The room is styled in a cosmic theme with a moon depiction on the wall. The room includes the following elements:
Particular attention is given to the sports area, which includes a rope, a horizontal bar, parallel bars, and even a climbing wall. A wonderful option for a teenager who wants to maintain good physical shape (with safety precautions). Spotlights and sconces provide excellent lighting, and on the window are horizontal blinds for effectively regulating sunlight.
The apartment is decorated in calm tones that promote a pleasant atmosphere. Spot and pendant lights around the ceiling emit soft cold light that is easy on the eyes. All necessary household elements for a comfortable stay are installed in the rooms. The atmosphere allows for various activities – relaxing, working, studying, hosting guests, exercising, and much more.
