In a 54 m² apartment in a modern residential complex, our company Halfee implemented a project for a young bachelor, including a serviceman, creating a stylish and comfortable home that matches his lifestyle. Our interior designers considered all the client’s needs, creating a space that not only looks modern but also provides convenience in daily life. Thanks to a meticulous approach to planning and material selection, the apartment’s interior design became a harmonious blend of style and practicality, ideally suited for an active pace of life.
Interior design of this apartment is developed in the style of modern minimalism, characterized by clean lines, brevity, and functionality. Our designers chose a warm coffee color palette, which creates a cozy atmosphere, conducive to relaxation after a busy day. Vinyl flooring, laid in a “herringbone” pattern, added sophistication and warmth to the room, and wooden panels on the balcony became an accent element emphasizing the modern style. The use of decorative plaster allowed for texture variation, making the space more expressive and interesting.
Special attention was paid to the bedroom, where a full-wall plasterboard panel with soft lighting was installed behind the headboard. This element not only creates coziness but also ensures the correct geometry of the space, which is important for a calm atmosphere. The bachelor’s interior design by Halfee is thought out to the smallest detail: from color selection to lighting arrangement, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation and work. The apartment’s layout was carefully considered to provide maximum convenience for a bachelor, accounting for potential family expansion in the future. The bedroom includes space for a large bed, ensuring comfort for two people. On one side of the bed, a zone for a bedside table was placed, and on the other – space for a dressing table or workspace, making the bedroom versatile. For a future child, the designers considered the possibility of creating a niche for a baby crib with an outlet for a wall lamp, adding foresight to the apartment’s planning.
The kitchen-guest area became the central element of the apartment. Thanks to the integration of the balcony with the main room, the space became more open and bright. A translucent slat system with a TV separates the kitchen from the lounge area, creating convenient zoning. A dining table for 3–4 people with a panoramic corner view became an ideal place for dinners and socializing. The kitchen interior design by Halfee combines ergonomics and style, ensuring comfortable use of the space.

A mirror was also installed in the hallway area, adding lightness and practicality to the room. The bathroom design takes into account the client’s needs, providing maximum functionality in a compact space.
