The apartment in the modern residential complex “Creator City” in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv is decorated in light colours. The design renovation involves not only wall, ceiling and floor finishing, but also the installation of functional furniture and household appliances, lighting, connection of utilities and other procedures. At the end of the process, the space is completely ready for occupancy and comfortable living.
The kitchen-living room becomes one of the main rooms where you can receive guests, relax, gather at the dining table, and prepare culinary masterpieces. The design of an apartment in Kyiv involves dividing the interior into functional areas. The kitchen space consists of the following elements:
There is a panoramic window in the room, which provides plenty of natural sunlight. The floor is decorated with grey tiles stylised as granite. In the other part of the kitchen living room, there is a straight sofa with a solid frame made of wooden slats. An unusual wall sconce with a design in the form of an astronaut holding a light bulb is responsible for local lighting in this area.
A dark brown wooden shelving unit with open shelves is available for organised storage of various accessories. This part uses a brown parquet board with diagonal laying of elements. The lighting is in the form of spotlights in the stretch ceiling and cool colour temperature.
The combination of white and brown shades continues as the central line in the bedroom decoration. There is a large double bed in the room, the blue upholstery of which adds a little bright colour to the traditional interior. The turnkey renovation includes white wall decoration.

The apartment’s bedroom design is complemented by an air conditioner to create a comfortable microclimate and temperature, a white plain door with a black handle to separate it from other rooms in the space. Switches, sockets and other accessories are decorated in black.
The bathroom follows the concept of using white. It is used for plumbing fixtures, ceramic tiles on the walls, floor and ceiling. The main colour scheme is complemented by elements in other shades:
A modern design renovation includes an oval bathtub with a white body in the bathroom. It is enough to accommodate one person at a time and is equipped with a mixer tap, shower head and all the necessary elements for comfortable use. Nearby, there is a niche in the wall with two shelves for convenient storage of hygiene products – shampoos, shower gels, creams, etc.
A small oval-shaped white washbasin is integrated into the cabinet. Lighting is provided not only by spotlights in the stretch ceiling, but also by a pendant lamp with a linear white and black shade. It provides localised illumination of the area next to the washbasin and mirror, which will reduce energy costs. The white ceramic tiles on the walls and floor have interesting grey patterns, creating a stylish and cosy interior for a harmonious stay in the bathroom.
A cosy and high-quality turnkey apartment renovation largely begins with the hallway decoration. After all, this is the first room that guests will see when they enter the apartment and form a general impression of the homeowners. The space has a light colour scheme, represented by a white stretch ceiling and walls, and a beige wardrobe. The interior is complemented by a grey floor.
A convenient stand provides comfort for people when taking off their shoes. On the wall stylised with parallel slats, there are four black hooks for placing outerwear, bags, other items and accessories. Moving further along the corridor, you can see a stylish pendant lamp with a black body and a golden ring.
The general lighting in the hallway and corridor, as in other rooms of the apartment, is provided by spotlights in the suspended ceiling. Cold coloured lighting creates the necessary comfort and calm atmosphere. From the first minutes of a person’s stay in the room, it sets them in a positive mood.
The highlight of the interior is a separate space for work. Due to the lack of square metres, it was not possible to implement the idea of a full-fledged study. Therefore, next to the bedroom, there is a corner with a light brown worktop and two shelves above it. You can set up a comfortable chair here and work comfortably, and the panoramic window next to it provides natural sunlight with curtains that can be adjusted to regulate its intensity.
The complete renovation of an apartment in the Creator City residential complex in Kyiv has resulted in a functional and attractive interior in light colours. The rooms are equipped with furniture necessary for work, leisure and a cosy stay, and modern equipment. The best samples of natural materials were used with the use of plastic minimised.
The designer renovation allowed us to turn the apartment into a cosy metropolitan corner for its owners. It is a pleasure to come back here after a hard day’s work and enjoy time alone or with loved ones. The owners do not need to do anything – the utilities have already been installed, so they just need to move in and enjoy themselves. Although, of course, you can supplement the interior with elements at your own discretion if you want to adapt something to your individual needs.
