Halfee continues its series of successful transformations of small apartments in the capital and the region. The second project in the “Manhattan City” residential complex is another bright example of a professional turnkey one-room apartment renovation in Kyiv. Unlike the first project, here we placed special emphasis on storage systems: a separate walk-in closet became a real highlight, allowing the main space to be completely freed from unnecessary wardrobes. We combined modern minimalism with practical solutions, warm textures, and pastel tones, creating an interior that is ideally suited for comfortable living for one person or a couple of any age.
The client of this apartment had a clear vision: maximum functionality without visual clutter. We started work with a detailed design project for a turnkey one-room apartment in Kyiv, where we took into account all the nuances of daily life. During the renovation of the one-room apartment in a new building in Kyiv, a partial redevelopment of the apartment was performed: we optimized the location of the kitchen and bathroom so that every meter worked for comfort.
This approach allows not only saving the budget but also guaranteeing a unified style in all zones. Clients receive a home where everything is thought out to the smallest detail: from USB sockets to hidden lighting in the cabinets.
The modern interior of the one-room apartment in Kyiv in this project is built on a harmonious contrast of light walls, warm wooden elements, and accents of dark green textiles. The photos and video show a corner kitchen with white matte facades, an integrated oven, and a cabinet with glass doors for dishes. The countertop is light, without visible seams — everything is hidden for perfect aesthetics.
The living room looks spacious thanks to a large panoramic window and balcony doors. A dark green sofa bed with large soft pillows easily transforms into a full-fledged sleeping place for guests. Above the sofa, there is an air conditioner and built-in spots creating soft evening light. A wooden table on a black metal frame serves simultaneously as a dining area and a workspace.
The hallway features thoughtful storage: upper open shelves for seasonal items, and below — convenient drawers, rods for outerwear at different heights. Wooden panels on the walls add warmth and coziness, and a large full-length mirror visually expands the corridor.
The main advantage of this apartment became the spacious walk-in closet. The photos show deep shelves, rods at different heights for long and short clothes, pull-out baskets for laundry and shoes. Everything is organized so that access is quick and convenient, and seasonal items do not take up space in the main zones.
The bathroom combines aesthetics and functionality: beige large-format tiles with a pronounced texture, a white wall-hung vanity with a sink. Built-in appliances save precious space. A glass shower partition, black matte hardware, a wall-hung toilet with an installation system. The boiler is neatly hidden behind facades, a large mirror with built-in lighting, a black towel warmer — everything looks premium but remains practical.
The bedroom is an island of calm: a soft geometric headboard in grey, a new mattress in protective packaging (at the handover stage). A sliding wardrobe with mirrored doors to the ceiling visually enlarges the room. Combined lighting includes sconces for reading and sockets near the bed for charging gadgets and convenient connection of any appliances.
The cost of renovating a one-room apartment in Kyiv in 2026 is calculated individually, depending on the scope of work, redevelopment, and materials.
Here, a complete turnkey renovation from scratch was implemented: underfloor heating in several rooms, an optimal storage system, and furniture made to order specifically for this project — for ideal integration and maximum comfort.
We regularly perform capital renovation of one-room apartments in the Kyiv region, traveling to clients outside the city and adapting projects to specific layouts.
In this Kyiv apartment with an area of 54 m², custom-made furniture helped create a space that looks spacious and convenient. A separate walk-in closet allowed the bedroom and living room to be completely freed from bulky wardrobes. A corner kitchen with upper cabinets to the ceiling, a sofa bed, a transformer table, built-in appliances — everything was manufactured according to the precise measurements of our workshop.
For clients looking for design ideas for a one-room apartment of 54 sq m in Kyiv, this object serves as an excellent example: even in a compact area, it is realistic to place full-fledged storage, a separate bedroom, a spacious place for relaxation, and a full kitchen without a feeling of tightness.
We also successfully do studio design in Kyiv — there, open space requires special attention to detail.
Halfee is proud of the project in the “Manhattan City” residential complex — a vivid example of how a turnkey renovation of a one-room apartment from scratch turns a new building into a cozy dream home.
