Modern apartment at Tyutyunnyka Street, 22/26, was designed by our designers according to the client’s needs. It features a stylish design with a predominance of light, calm tones, with an emphasis on functionality rather than just attractive appearance without meaningful purpose.
To ensure convenient planning, the specialists implemented a minimalist format with efficient use of the surrounding space. The base colors chosen were white and brown in various shades, complemented by green accents – upholstery, accessories, and other elements.
The usable living space is divided into four separate rooms:
The main components of the interior are simple geometric forms, straightforward solutions, and durable materials. This design promotes long-term use of the apartment without the need for repairs or changes in the design. The rooms are already furnished with modern household appliances, furniture, and have engineering communications.
The combined studio kitchen is a popular trend in interior design, as it allows avoiding a separate kitchen room. There’s no need for one since the living room can easily be separated from the cooking area within the same room by visual transitions using wallpaper, flooring, etc.
In the color scheme, light shades of walls, ceiling, doors, and kitchen furniture were used, along with brown tones for the countertops and wallpaper, and green upholstery for the sofa.
The kitchen unit consists of the following elements:
The kitchen area is complemented with a socket, a hood, and a kettle, so you can cook culinary masterpieces with everything you need at hand. The general lighting of the kitchen-living room is represented by two separate chandeliers for each zone. They have an original design – globe-like light elements woven into a golden frame. Additionally, the lighting includes LED strips.
The room has enough free space for a rectangular white dining table, perfect for family meals or hosting guests. It is located near a large window, which is covered with brown curtains for light control. The centerpiece of the living room is a large straight sofa with green upholstery. If necessary, it can be unfolded to provide a full-fledged sleeping space for guests or family members.
The bedroom features a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress that ensures coziness and comfort. The bed has a wooden frame in a light brown shade and a high headboard for comfortable reading. Next to it are a socket and a light switch for charging devices without getting out of bed.
The design project includes bedside tables and a wall-mounted lamp above the bed. Currently, the photos show the main lighting – a chandelier with a golden circular frame and butterfly-shaped lampshades. For organized storage, the bedroom has a three-section sliding wardrobe. It provides ample space for outerwear, shoes, underwear, and other items for all family members.
The color scheme of the bedroom is presented in soothing tones for relaxation. Cream-colored walls, a white stretch ceiling, and grey laminate flooring create a soft composition. The wardrobe frame is white, as are the doors, which have a simple design without glass inserts or patterns.
In the additional room, which can be turned into a study, nursery, guest room, or any other choice, the general style continues. Calm shades, clear geometric forms, and minimalist functional design are the main elements of the interior, promoting comfort.
Modern bathroom – a small room, but thanks to innovative built-in solutions, it was possible to maximize its functionality. The interior uses light ceramic tiles with golden patterns, combined with brown wooden elements.
Main elements of the bathroom:
Besides visible components, certain quality sanitary appliances are hidden. Behind the utility panel is a light brown wooden panel with doors for access to the gas boiler, meters, pipes, and other communications. The washing machine is also integrated under the sinks.
The apartment features a separate balcony room with a panoramic window and high-quality glazing. It’s perfect for enjoying the view of Kyiv. The balcony is not cluttered with furniture, allowing full use of the space. It has a light color scheme with cream-colored walls, white window frames, and stone flooring with mosaic inserts.
