The project of an apartment in the “Warshavskyi Plus” residential complex of 49 m² is aimed at an effective combination of exquisite design and functionality of the interior. When creating a design project, proposals from the customer were carefully analyzed, as well as the possibilities that planning can provide. The result of the work was a composition that completely satisfied the owners of the house.
Apartment 49 m² is a fairly compact space in which every square meter is worth its weight in gold. Therefore, it was important to use the territory usefully, without cluttering it with unnecessary furniture and other elements without a specific functional application. It was also possible to implement the following tasks:
The apartment consists of a kitchen-studio combined into one room, a cozy bedroom, a bathroom and a pantry, where there is also a washing machine. Each room has its own characteristics of furniture and decoration, although certain basic colors and solutions are used to obtain a harmonious interior.
Optimum use of space enables the owners to comfortably rest, work, communicate, receive guests and do other household chores without obstacles. The space is completely ready for full occupancy and does not require any changes, repairs, etc.
The kitchen-studio is the main room of the apartment. It corresponds to the fashion trend, when places for cooking and receiving guests or family gatherings are successfully combined in one room. To do this, the kitchen area was separated from the living room area by visual means (decoration of the walls, different colors of the floor covering), creating two independent areas.

The living room is a separate space in the room, which creates a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and communication. For this, calm pastel shades of walls, furniture, and flooring are used. A straight, soft sofa allows you to sit comfortably for watching TV or other activities. Air conditioning is installed here, so that the microclimate in the room is always optimal for residents and guests.
The bedroom should provide comfortable rest and privacy. To implement such a task, the design project envisages calm decoration in white and light brown tones. The walls are decorated in white except for the brown slatted panel behind the bed. The double bed itself has dark gray upholstery and a high headboard.
Next to the bed on each side of it are two hanging cabinets with a white body. They have not only a table on which you can put a book, phone, other items, but also two drawers for closed storage of various accessories. There is also a chair next to the bedside table, which allows you to use it as a desk if necessary.
Wiring, sockets and switches are already connected to the bedroom. According to the plan, hanging sconce lights will be used for local lighting of the area above the bed. A panoramic window allows you to let a sufficient amount of sunlight into the room and enjoy a beautiful view.
Laminate with a chamfer, which imitates a wooden parquet board, is used for the floor covering. The dark brown coating perfectly harmonizes with the light colors of the walls. The interior looks complete, not oversaturated with bright colors, so that you can relax and take time for yourself.
To provide aesthetic appearance, neutral colors are used in the bathroom. Gray ceramic tiles, stylized as natural granite, harmonize with the dark brown wooden covering of the floor and part of the walls. The visual design continues the general line, which is maintained in living spaces – bedrooms and kitchen-living rooms. It is focused on peace and comfort, while attention is paid to wear resistance and moisture resistance of materials.

In addition, it is worth highlighting the presence of a mirror with lighting, sockets and switches for efficient use of a hair dryer, electric shaver, electric toothbrush and other devices. On the wall in the bathroom there is a shower mixer with water pressure control, convenient mode switching. The stretch ceiling has integrated spotlights for effective main lighting.
After entering the apartment in the residential complex “Warshavskyi Plyus”, a person is greeted by a cozy atmosphere. It is formed not only by light colors and wooden floors, but also by functional elements. To the left of the front door is an organized storage system. It consists of six rectangular drawers that have a convenient notch for opening.
Right here, to the left of the door, there is a brown wooden wall on which there are five black handles. You can hang outerwear or bags on them, so there will never be a problem with where the children’s things go. The electrical panel is competently integrated into the wall next to the door. Lighting is provided by standard spotlights in a white stretch ceiling.
If you continue down the hall and turn right, you will see a standard white door with a black handle and no glass. Behind them hides a small room-pantry. It is used to place two large elements – a boiler and a washing machine. Usually, this becomes a problem in small apartments, because you have to allocate space for appliances in an already small kitchen or bathroom. However, in our project, the issue was effectively resolved.
The boiler is located on the wall in the pantry, and the washing machine is located directly below it. So the minimal space of this room turns out to be maximally functional, and the freed square meters in other rooms can be used more efficiently.
The design project fully corresponds to the style of a modern residential complex with developed infrastructure in which it is located. Living in this apartment gives positive emotions, a sense of well-being and coziness. Residents immerse themselves in a special atmosphere of calm, in which they can take a break from the turbulent events of life and tune in to effective work.
Residential complex “Warshavskyi+” offers developed infrastructure, including recreation areas, commercial premises and green spaces, which improves the quality of life of residents. The interior fits into this concept and is filled with modern solutions – smart household appliances, remote control systems, LED built-in lighting. Minimalism can be traced in the design, which allows you to save precious square meters and use each of them as useful as possible for residents.
