An apartment with an area of 59 square meters is located in a modern residential complex “Warszawski Plus.” In line with its location, it should stand out with an original and innovative design. Our project involves the use of neutral pastel colors, functional elements, and the latest household appliances. This ensures a comfortable living experience for residents, maximizing the advantages of the home.
The apartment is distinguished by a contemporary architectural style. It reflects minimalism, focusing not on overwhelming bright colors and elements but on clean lines, classic light tones, and natural materials. Every inch of the space is utilized effectively to create a cozy atmosphere.

The apartment is designed so that each room becomes a separate cozy corner. At the same time, each room maintains a common color scheme, design, and other characteristics, creating a calm and harmonious atmosphere.
As mentioned, the kitchen-studio combines the kitchen area and living room. The design uses a light stretch ceiling, a dark brown wall in the kitchen, and light brown flooring. A special wooden partition divides the two areas, allowing them to become independent rooms when needed.

To create a peaceful and balanced atmosphere for rest, the cozy bedroom is designed in pastel shades. White wallpaper with abstract floral patterns is used on the walls. The room also has a light stretch ceiling and light brown laminate flooring.
The centerpiece is a double bed with a soft gray upholstered headboard. It offers comfort not only for sleeping but also for reading. On both sides of the bed are two matching nightstands with wide tabletops and lamps for localized lighting.
Next to the bed is a large window that fills the room with natural daylight. Blue blackout curtains provide privacy and block out UV rays when needed.
One of the rooms in the “Warszawski Plus” apartment has a universal design that can be adapted for various purposes. The design continues the use of familiar brown and cream tones found in other rooms. White wallpaper with patterns is complemented by light brown floors and wooden constructions.

The modern bathroom is compact but fully equipped. It features gray tiles, water-resistant wood in the shower area, and a gray cabinet for storage. The shower has glass doors to save space, replacing a traditional bathtub.
The toilet is wall-mounted, with a convenient flush system. A black waste bin ensures cleanliness, and a towel warmer helps dry towels and clothes. The bathroom also includes a built-in gray cabinet for household items and toiletries.
An important additional space is the storage room, where a washing machine can be installed. This separate area frees up space in other rooms.
The designers have succeeded in creating a harmonious, functional, and cozy interior. Each room serves its intended purpose — from rest to work. The color palette is based on three main colors, avoiding excess shades.
The design project is developed for full living functionality. After completion, the apartment will have all the necessary furniture, utilities, and lighting installed. This is a space where you can enjoy family relaxation, entertain friends, or find solitude after a busy day.
